JD Wheeler is a master carpenter and deck builder, with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. JD has hands-on experience at every level of the job. He has studied under some of the best carpenters in the field; honing his skills and refining the craft.
JD began building Timber Frame houses and structures in Stevensville, a style he is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about. Some of his favorite materials to work with include: logs, rebar, steel and a variety of other metals. From foundation to finish JD has overseen and completed larger projects like multi stable barns and multi level houses to smaller projects like kitchen and bedroom furniture that require the most minute detail.
JD has an impeccable eye and prides himself on his ability to make meticulous cuts. He is passionate, creative and committed to producing quality work. He leads the team of best deck contractors in Florence, Missoula, and Western Montana.
